Larnell Vickers, CEO

Larnell has dedicated his professional life to helping others reach their full potential. 

After spending the first portion of his career with Teach for America, he transitioned into recruiting because of his belief that people in jobs they love create good in the world. 

His time as Head of Talent Acquisition at The Future Project and Assistant Director of Recruitment at Democracy Prep Public Schools showed him how individual talent can help organizations thrive. Most importantly, it highlighted the difference between talent who were passed over and talent who were hired. 

Despite these realizations, Larnell needed a larger vision to drive his career forward. That’s when he had his ah-ha moment: he would combine his experience in recruitment with his passion for coaching to help others land their dream job. 

As of today, he has spent a decade connecting game-changing organizations to top talent, coaching C-suite executives and senior professionals, and feeling at home in a job he loves. 

He hopes to make his experience a reality for organizations and candidates everywhere with LVE Talent.

Tiffany started recruiting in 2014 for Uncommon Schools, where she hired teachers and school support staff.  

She left Uncommon Schools to become a 2nd-grade teacher and Instructional Leader at Excellence Girls Charter School, where she taught until joining LVE in June 2021. 

Since joining LVE, she has successfully recruited for business development, finance, and marketing. Her ability to build relationships and lead with transparency helps her identify the perfect fit for each role. 

Tiffany loves all things brunch and her dog, Milo. She's always looking for new recommendations for her book club.

Daniel started recruiting in 2015 for Uncommon Schools, a high-performing charter school network in the Northeastern U.S. As Associate Director of Recruitment, he hired for an array of teacher and leadership positions. 

Since joining LVE in February 2021, he has successfully recruited for operations, finance, and marketing. 

Daniel’s a big Oprah fan and always encourages people to live their best lives, an attitude that helps him place people in positions that suit their strengths.

Jared Paul Shuler

Head of People

Jared started recruiting in 2007 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Scholastic and went on to become a Director of People Operations in the digital marketing world. 

With some stops along the way at Spectrum, Barnes & Noble, Verifi (finance), and TATA (IT), he eventually joined LVE in August 2021.

Jared is an admitted Comic book nerd. He has two amazing dogs, Kiki and Mocha, a handful with unique personalities. He loves to travel and tries his best to circle the world.
